I'm Ready to Rent

In order to rent costumes, from The Costume House LLC, you will need to complete a rental agreement form (aka, rental contract).

 

Below, you will find a variety of contracts to choose from. Please select a contract from the list, according to your business or private/personal needs.

FILM, T.V.

We have a full C.O.I. and can provide all needed documentation.

New Media

​

We are making a webseries, something for the internet or Channel 101,etc. and we HAVE Production Insurance and can provide a C.O.I.

Commercial

We have a production company that has insurance and can provide a C.O.I. for the current project.

Photoshoot/
Music Video

I am a stylist, Photographer, Consultant for a photoshoot and I have personal insurance I can provide to avoid the deposit required for personal rentals.

Theatre Rental

We are a State/Proffessional/Community Theatre that can provide insurance and a C.O.I.

Set Dressing/Design

​

We are set dressers for a production with Insurance and can provide a C.O.I.  We just need pieces to sit on set as dressing.  

Student Theatre

We are a School, College, University, Church, non-Profit theatre and can provide documentation to support.

Student Rental

I am a student film maker/ actor and I have a class project/ Scene/ that I need a costume for and I can provide a letter from the school/acting class stating I am enrolled and there is a project that I need a costume for.

Private Rental

I'm an individual who is going to a party, game show, Halloween party OR

I work with a production of some sort that does NOT have insurance or can not provide a C.O.I.

I have a Fundraisor/ School Party that I needs costumes
