Important Papers/Policies
If you are an individual (not affiliated with a production, T.V. Film, Theatrical. ETC) Then you need this paperwork.
Standard Rental Agreement
If you are paying by Credit Card you need to fill this out.
Credit Card Authorization
We set up In House Accounts for productions that can provide insurance documents. We require the Production Contact, In House Application (A "One Sheet" will suffice in place of the In House Account Application)and a rental agreement (either short or long).
If you only need the rental for a week (7 days), take the Short Production Agreement.
If you need the rental for longer than a week, take the Long Production Rental Agreement.
